- Get 12 slice of bread.
- Provide 100 grams of quality dried shrimps.
- Take 150 grams of butter or magarine.
- Provide 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of sugar.
- Get 1/2 tsp of pepper.

- Use 1 bunch of coriander use both roots and leaves.

- Clean dried shrimps,and soak in warm water for 15 mins,chop coriander root,prepare garlic.

- Cut each slice of bread into 4 pieces.
- Spread butter evenly over each pieces of bread.
